Dr. Stephan Vogel -

Dr. Stephan Vogel ist Chief Creative Officer von Ogilvy EMEA (Europa, Naher Osten, Afrika) sowie Creative Chairman von Ogilvy Deutschland und verantwortlich für mehr als 50 Offices in 35 Ländern. Er begann als Texter bei Ogilvy Frankfurt und leitete später als Chief Creative Officer die Kreativteams in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf und Berlin. Seit 2011 ist er Mitglied des Ogilvy Worldwide Creative Council, dem obersten Kreativgremium. 2019 wurde er in das Worlwide Executive Leadership Team der Ogilvy Gruppe berufen. Vogel ist Mitglied im Art Directors Club, des ADC Councils und war von 2012 bis 2018 ADC-Präsident. Er wurde in diverse internationale Jurys berufen und hat mehrere hundert internationale Preise gewonnen. Unter seiner Führung hat Ogilvy EMEA in den letzten drei Jahren 124 Cannes Löwen gewonnen.

Welchen Einfluss hat Kreativität auf Innovationen und damit den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg von Unternehmen?
Mit 103,7 Mrd. € Bruttowertschöpfung liegt die Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft auf Platz 2 hinter dem Fahrzeugbau in Deutschland, 1.8 Mio Menschen arbeiten in der KKW (Monitoringbericht 2023 BMWI). Abseits der KKW gehört Kreativität laut World Economic Forum zu den Top 5 Work Skills – Kreativität ist die Voraussetzung für Innovation & Wandel und damit die Grundlage für nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg. An internationalen und nationalen Beispielen wird gezeigt, wie innovative Kreativität zu mehr Relevanz von Produkten und Services, Attraktivität und schließlich zu mehr Geschäft führt.
