Seit 2021 teilt sich Raffaela Seitz mit Louisa Steinwärder die Leitung des Cross Innovation Hub der Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. Zuvor widmete sie sich der Konzeption und Organisation branchenübergreifender Angebote im Bereich des Cross Innovation Hub. Als studierte Kulturwissenschaftlerin (Leuphana Universität Lüneburg) und Kunsthistorikerin (University College London) mit ökonomischem Studienhintergrund (Universität Mannheim, Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, London School of Economics and Political Science) bewegt sich Raffaela Seitz an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Kultur, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Bevor Raffaela Seitz das Team der Kreativ Gesellschaft verstärkte, war sie im Bereich strategische Innovationsberatung und Trendforschung tätig.

Beyond Boundaries: Cross Innovation als Treiber für die Wirtschaft von Morgen

Wir leben in einer zunehmend komplexen Welt, in der sich Innovationszyklen deutlich verkürzen. Innovationen entstehen nicht im dunklen Kämmerlein, sondern in offenen Systemen. Kreativschaffende sind Innovationstreiber*innen und prädestiniert dafür, in Innovationsprozessen eine zentrale Rolle einzunehmen. Sie gelten als Wegbereiter für die Veränderung von Arbeits- und Lebenswelten, sie schaffen täglich Neues. Seit 2016 bringt der Cross Innovation Hub der Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft erfolgreich Kreative und Unternehmen zusammen, um das Innovationspotenzial der Kreativwirtschaft für Handel, Gewerbe, Industrie und Verwaltung anwendbar zu machen. In verschiedenen Formaten entwickeln Unternehmen und Kreative innovative Lösungen – in Form von neuen Produkten, Services, Prozessen und Geschäftsmodellen.

In ihrem Impuls erläutert Raffaela Seitz, Co-Leitung des Cross Innovation Hub, diesen branchenübergreifenden Kollaborationsansatz.
