Isabelle Rogat – eigentlich überall nur bekannt als Isi – ist aktuell in ihrer Doppelrolle als Head of Innovation & DEI bei thjnk für Trends, Popkultur & Diversität verantwortlich. Neben ihrem Hauptberuf ist sie Keynote Speakerin, Kolumnistin, Gründerin eines Ageism Podcasts "ALTE SAU" und Lead diverser Young Talent Netzwerke.

Außerdem darf sie sich seit ein paar Monaten eins der 30 Future Faces of Digital Media der Bundesgesellschaft für digitale Medien nennen, eine 40 under 40 der Horizont oder eine der Top 10 People to Follow for Trends der W&V. Ihr Gesicht findet man zum Beispiel in Medien wie der STRIVE oder der nächsten Ausgabe der Psychologie Heute, ihre Talks kennt man vielleicht von der OMR, DMEXCO oder zuletzt dem KiKa.
