Robin Bühlmann is a sustainability expert and project manager in the INSECT-RESPECT division of Reckhaus AG. There she develops and is responsible for projects to promote insect-friendly habitats and works with companies on biodiversity solutions. She previously worked in the sustainability department of Migros Supermarkt AG, where she dealt with social standards, supply chain analyses and sustainability strategies. She studied business administration and completed a master's degree in environmental sciences.

Why is optimization no longer enough – and what really makes companies fit for the future? The panel shows why real innovation needs creative expertise. After a short trailer for the film "Der Unternehmer, das Dorf und die Künstler", Dr Martin Kiel, Robin Bühlmann and Eva Schiele-Recknagel will discuss how cross innovation triggers change: From new perspectives and responsible decisions to fresh value creation and long-term competitiveness. The film "Der Unternehmer, das Dorf und die Künstler" will then be shown in full.
