Nina Mönich is a historian and philosopher. Today, she works as a senior business advisor and entrepreneur at the interface of leadership, communication, collaboration and sustainable organisational development. She supports people in leadership and creative roles, teams and organisations in gaining orientation in complex situations and shaping collaboration effectively. She has many years of management experience, including as a managing director in the creative industries, where she played a key role in shaping strategic processes, co-creation and modern organisational structures.
In her work, she combines a humanities perspective and depth with strategic, value-creation-orientated sparring. Her approach: creating clarity, distributing responsibility well and opening up spaces in which ambitious goals can be achieved and a sustainable economy can be created.
