The Rug Project – United Threads

A resonance space for cultural change – through lived co-creation in the age of AI and digitalization.

The Rug Project – United Threads is an artistic-processual intervention that makes it possible to experience collective design as an impulse for change. In a time characterized by acceleration and technology, the project creates a physical, sensual space for encounters. At the center is the joint tufting of a carpet – live on site. The carpet becomes a visible expression of collective processes and makes moods, values and questions tangible. Participants become co-creators of a shared space. The resulting work remains as a collective art object and a reminder of a lived connection.
