Mira Kleine is Project Manager for Entrepreneurship at MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg. She has been developing and supporting programmes, formats and workshops for cultural and creative entrepreneurs for over ten years. She specialises in business start-ups, project management, strategy development and creative methods. She previously worked in corporate communications and in the start-up environment, including in product development, marketing and communications.

When the Bridge Wobbles: Resilience Kit for Cross Innovation

Cross-innovation sounds great - until the bridge between the cultural and creative industries, start-ups, companies, research or administration starts to creak. In this interactive workshop, you don't look away, but use precisely this wobble as a signal: you visualise the decisive hurdles to interdisciplinary collaboration and translate them into concrete impulses for action using resilience principles from the logic of effectuation. Using station work and 1:1 sparring, you will develop a resilience toolkit for your partnership - plus a realistic next step that will keep your CO process capable of taking action.
