Marvin Bratke is a German architect and entrepreneur as well as founder and managing director of the interdisciplinary architecture and design studio Beta Realities. He develops participatory and computer-aided methods to create inclusive, unconventional and transformative spaces and is committed to the democratization of technology in architecture and construction. Marvin's research is funded by the federal "Zukunft Bau" program, among others, and projects such as BetaHood and BetaPort have an international presence. He teaches at universities such as TU Graz, UCL The Bartlett and AA Visiting School, regularly gives lectures on circular building, spatial innovation and urban transformation and has received several awards for his work, including exhibitions at the Venice Architecture Biennale, the Experimental Architecture Biennale Prague, the Munich Design Week and the Forward Festival.
