Maike Scholz is a senior compliance expert specializing in AI governance, digital ethics and corporate digital responsibility (CDR). As Squad Lead for Digital Ethics at Deutsche Telekom, she coordinates the implementation of the AI governance framework within the Group. Previously, she worked in corporate security for over 12 years and built up the Group's situation, emergency and crisis management. She holds a degree in business administration, a master's degree in compliance and integrity management, is a trained change facilitator and has certifications in crisis, risk, business continuity and compliance management.
