AI, Copyright, Business: Who Owns Creativity in the New AI Age?

Artificial intelligence is changing the creative economy – from automated content production to new business models. But as the opportunities grow, so do the conflicts: Who owns AI-generated works? How can the rights of creatives be secured and the devaluation of intellectual property prevented?

In three keynote speeches and a subsequent panel discussion, experts from politics, law and practice will discuss the central areas of tension between innovation, protection and the market. The focus will be on concrete guidelines, fair remuneration, practical licence models and the question of how value creation with AI can succeed without undermining creative foundations.

In cooperation with the Initiative Urheberrecht.
