Claudia Muntschick is the deputy managing director of KREATIVES SACHSEN. She works as a senior consultant, develops innovation workshops and is responsible for property development. An architect and urban developer by training, she sees herself as a lobbyist for the spillover effects of creative industries settlements. She previously ran her own architecture firm for 13 years and developed creative industry utilization concepts. At the same time, she took over the management of the architectural icon Haus Schminke in Löbau and reorganized the team, the content work and the operational business following the insolvency of the main sponsor. She represents the perspective of creative professionals in the context of economic, regional and urban planning issues on advisory boards and juries (including the federal government's Living Centres expert group).

Cross Innovation Made In Saxony

Cross innovation is firmly anchored in the DNA of creative industries promotion in Saxony. This is how KREATIVES SACHSEN came into being, which today acts as a central advice and networking center for the cultural and creative industries – from a co-creative process between creative professionals, politics and administration.

Together with the regional association WIR GESTALTEN DRESDEN, KREATIVES SACHSEN presents the content of its many years of work. They will explain how cross-innovative processes can be organized directly from the scene and established as a motor for regional value creation: A practical insight into Saxony's cross-innovation ecosystem.

In cooperation with the Cultural and Creative Industries Support Network and KREATIVES SACHSEN.

This impulse is part of "Future Lab Germany: How Cities, AI & Creativity Open Up New Spaces".

At our participatory Stage K4, we combine impulses with networking. Come along at the start of the session and take a look at all four projects. After a short project presentation, you will have the opportunity to network intensively with the people behind the projects and find out more about their work.

For the first 30 minutes, we will present all projects on stage, then there will be 90 minutes for deep dives.

Future Lab Germany: How Cities, AI & Creativity Open Up New Spaces

What happens when AI innovation meets urban development? Our state cases show how differently – and how boldly – federal states are shaping the digital future. Mönchengladbach, Saxony and Baden-Württemberg present AI-supported projects that are rethinking the cultural and creative industries: From cross innovation ecosystems and cities as "sandboxes of the future" to real-life AI experiments in public spaces.

Take the opportunity to get to know the minds behind the projects, talk to sponsors and partners and, after a quick pitch round, start the deep dive. Which city will become the next innovation lab – and which festival proves that analog is more relevant than ever in the age of AI?

These are the four impulses:
