Caroline Norbury, OBE DL, is the founder of Creative UK, the national membership organisation for the creative industries. The organisation supports hundreds of creative entrepreneurs and acts as advocate and chief-convenor for the cultural and creative industries in the UK. Through its investment arm, Creative UK is also one of the country’s leading specialist investors in early-stage high growth creative companies.
Caroline is a board member of Aardman Animation, home to "Wallace and Gromit" and "Shaun the Sheep" and served nine years as a trustee of the PRS Foundation, a charity that supports new music and new musicians. She is a speaker and commentator on the creative industries in the UK and sits on the Creative Industries Council. Caroline is a member of BAFTA and was awarded an OBE for her service to the Creative Industries.
