Birgit Gebhardt explores the future of our working world with her clients: What will occupy us humans? What impact will collaboration with artificial intelligence have and where will networked work culture be experienced? She summarises her findings in her 'New Work Order' studies, which are published by the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt (IBA e.V.). She learnt the trade of trend research over 12 years at the Hamburg Trendbüro, which she managed for five years before founding her own company.

AI is changing the premises of our collaboration: What is pushing its way into processes as an efficiency and performance machine today must enable real value creation tomorrow. Futurologist Birgit Gebhardt uses the innovation funnel and other examples from her white paper "Collaboration with AI" to show how the division of labour, roles and innovation processes are shifting. The focus is on competitive pressure, the actual value contribution of organisations and the question of where AI agents complement or replace. It also looks at learning experiences, knowledge building and the framework conditions that ensure critical judgement and creative freedom.
