Beate Burfeind has been involved in the KOMPASS project since the beginning in 2023. She works there as a counsellor and supports participants with the bureaucratic process. KOMPASS (Kompakte Hilfe für Solo-Selbstständige) from the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs promotes individual and tailor-made further training and qualifications for solo self-employed people with the aim of making their company crisis-proof and future-proof.
