Armin Noack is Head of AI Transformation and consultant for the introduction and scaling of artificial intelligence in companies. He has been working at the interface of technology, marketing and digital transformation for over 19 years – including in international projects in the automotive and platform economy.

Today, he supports organisations in using AI not only as a technology, but also as a strategic lever for productivity, innovation and new business models. His focus is on the development of AI strategies, the identification of value-adding use cases and the development of scalable AI agent and automation structures. In addition, he develops studies, frameworks and methods for AI transformation in SMEs and is intensively involved in the question of how companies can anchor AI organisationally and generate measurable business value.

Artificial intelligence influences how ideas arise, how creative processes are organized and how creativity becomes measurable impact. This is exactly where the masterclass comes in and makes it tangible how agency creative and content systems can already be set up and used today. It is aimed at decision-makers, strategists and creative professionals who want to understand how AI can create a new productive connection between creativity, efficiency and growth.

The focus is on the question of how creative organisations will work with AI in the future. A concrete practical example will be presented using the agentic content engine from NEXperts. This system shows how creative AI, data, automation and human control intertwine – and how such systems can be developed in organizations. The focus is on the strategic, technical and structural requirements for an agent-based creative or content engine.
